Offering a unique blend of creativity and analytical skill, Jonathan uses his talents for process innovation, product development, and strategic planning to serve companies from pre-money startups to multi-billion dollar technology firms. His key talent is putting complicated concepts into simple formats, so clients can plan, communicate, and act on them effectively.
Jonathan brings nine years of experience as a strategist, leader, trainer, and innovator, during which time he has directly worked with c-suite leaders of more than 25 organizations on three continents. Prior projects include creating a go-to-market plan with UNC professors for new autism diagnostic technologies, building new curriculum and teaching methods for a major English learning conglomerate in South Korea, designing and building a manufacturing system as COO of his own company, spearheading innovation work for a billion-dollar brand at Georgia-Pacific, new product development for the leading educational tourism company in Brazil, and numerous other business planning, process design, and organizational improvement projects.
At CREO, Jonathan’s key roles are in leading process mapping and process development projects, developing new training offerings tailored specifically to client needs, and designing and supporting strategic planning and workshop sessions to help clients achieve extraordinary progress toward critical organizational goals in highly compressed time frames.
Jonathan holds an MBA from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler School of Business, with concentrations in management consulting, entrepreneurship, marketing, and sustainability, and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Huntington University. He is ITIL Foundation certified and is an IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
