Nat excels at driving transformational change in organizations through the use of technology and process improvement. He has led projects on multiple enterprise systems, including modules related to finance, HR, payroll, labor management, MRP, logistics, CRM, and BI. His background with technology, process improvement, and change management maximizes the investments organizations make to transform their business. His involvement in projects spans from visioning through business case development and approval to project execution.

Prior to joining CREO, Nat was a Senior Manager with Accenture, working with clients to advance their technology initiatives. He was a member of the Executive Team at Marriott’s Finance Shared Service Center, where he implemented Lean Six Sigma and led multiple projects yielding significant savings. He was invited on multiple occasions to present at vendor conferences to provide thought leadership on driving value from technology investments.

Nat was trained and certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt at a GE-acquired company, where he led projects and coached Green Belts through several completed projects. Earlier in his career, Nat was a Senior Product Development Manager for a software start-up company launching a reporting and analytics platform for the restaurant industry.

Nat received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his MBA from The University of Tennessee. He holds certification as a PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
