Adeyemi is an experienced strategist and leader. He has over twelve years of business and management consulting experience and has helped senior leaders identify and implement transformative strategies at the corporate, business, and product levels. His career spans both public and private sectors in the healthcare, energy, financial services, and digital technology industries.

Before joining CREO, Adeyemi started out as a physician. Seeing that he spent more time redesigning county-level healthcare delivery systems to underserved populations, he transitioned to strategy and operations consulting at PwC. At PwC, he was twice appointed as a health-sector strategy consultant to the Nigerian government by the United Kingdom’s Department for International Development. He also led strategy and business process re-engineering engagements at healthcare provider organizations and energy companies. And his dedication to client service and quality delivery won him an outstanding performance award. After PwC, Adeyemi helped Oando, an energy conglomerate in his home country, Nigeria, to implement its enterprise risk management framework. This assignment culminated in the company listing a subsidiary on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Galvanized by the desire to help high potential organizations, irrespective of their sizes, achieve their full potential, Adeyemi joined Execution Edge to focus on this client group. With his ability to identify new opportunities, design effective business programs, and drive consensus, his clients achieved exponential top-line growth, improved operational efficiency, and expeditiously adopted innovative technology and ways of working.

Adeyemi has an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MB, BS) from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK.
