Alan is an accomplished, dynamic global professional with over 20 years of experience leading teams in services, support, and customer success.  He has a passion for helping companies translate their business goals into reality by properly leveraging IT Systems and Data to implement large and small scale transformation projects. 

Before joining the CREO team, Alan’s career includes Leadership roles at IBM, Lenovo, Avnet, and Technology Service Solutions supporting multiple industries including: IT, financial, healthcare, retail / ecommerce, telecom, and government.  Alan’s commitment to people, his passion for technology and belief in the value of innovation and digital transformation all work together to help shape and define his professional career.

Alan’s experience ranges from hands-on positions across multiple disciplines to leadership roles on global technology programs. He has deep knowledge and firsthand experience in a wide variety of areas, including customer success, service delivery, ERP & CRM implementation, and services based projects & program management; leading both, large and small multi-discipline teams across diverse global vertical markets.
