Angela joined CREO with over 29 years of experience in regulatory compliance with former clients from large pharma to startups; where she performed development, validation, and implementation of an extensive range of GxP applications in the areas of laboratory, manufacturing, packaging, facilities, custom shipping systems, and information technology systems and devices.  She has a comprehensive compliance background in QMS, Data Integrity, Part 11/Annex 11 (including predicate rule), audit responses and remediation efforts, SDLC, GAMP-based CSV, and ITIL.

Angela’s role prior to joining CREO was as Sr. Lead CSM for QA and Compliance for Lumen (rebranded from CenturyLink) where she was responsible for the melded implementation of GxP and ITIL Compliance Process Alignments (CPAs) between a Lumen Pharma client’s requirements and SOPs and Lumen’s processes/systems.   In conjunction with CPAs, she was responsible for the oversight and management of client-specific training of Lumen’s 500+ IT and Program personnel on client-specific SOPs covering numerous global cross-functional and offshore teams; Lumen personnel’s access to client systems and devices with periodic self-auditing and reporting to client VP of IT Compliance; Change Management CPA; audit responses and remediation (including GxP, SOCs, GDPR, and HIPAA by various client departments, client vendors, and client external auditors (EY)); infrastructure builds and decommission GAMP5 driven verifications; and planning and tactical involvement of data center migrations of 5000+ devices. 

With Angela’s vast GxP and IT experience, she is well-positioned to provide right-sized compliance options for CREO’s clients by offering numerous, feasible, risk-based solutions from which clients may determine the most effective option depending on their operational environment circumstances.

Angela earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, earning the prestigious CSM Medal of Achievement in Math & Science Award; while beginning her CSV career in her Junior year with Parexel (formerly Kemper-Masterson, Inc.).   Angela is a member of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE), American Society for Quality (ASQ), and the Society of Quality Assurance (SQA).

When Angela is not diligently working to assist her clients with their needs, she can be found walking the beach with her canine companion, Sir Nigel, toiling away in her exotic garden, practicing her amateur photography, partaking in Florida Jeep Girl Club outings, rehearsing vocals for her Jazz Club performances and providing long-distance volunteer support to her hometown American Legion Auxiliary – Post #7 in Sheridan, Wyoming.
