Colette has held a variety of talent management and human resource roles across multiple industries including professional services, manufacturing, non-profit, logistics, fitness, and restaurants. Before joining CREO, she was responsible for talent acquisition at Alphia where she managed a diverse portfolio of salaried positions at a high growth company and owned the full life cycle recruiting function. Prior to Alphia, Colette worked as the Human Resources Director at MDO Management where she built and directed the human resources department, implemented an HRIS and provided internal human resource consulting and support across forty-seven locations.
Colette earned a Master of Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Kansas.
