Dana has 20 years of experience in healthcare and life sciences. She excels at business transformation, helping organizations achieve their strategic plan through disciplined business planning, project execution, and business process optimization.

Dana’s transformation experience includes leading organizations in the healthcare landscape faced with large-scale transformation, from developing a new business model in the face of NC Medicaid Reform to leading change to value-based payment in a large health care system.

In support of strategy execution and growth, Dana’s practice is focused on building and leading Project Management Offices tailored to an organization’s unique needs. Whether part of a strategic PMO or for individual critical initiatives, this includes project delivery in diverse functions – such as business, technology, or clinical projects – to deliver new capabilities and accelerate growth.

Transformation through Merger and Acquisition is a key aspect of Dana’s experience, inclusive of the buyer, seller, and consultant perspective. For example, in 2009, she spearheaded multiple initiatives specific to back-office consolidation, as a result of the mega-merger of two global pharmaceutical companies. The result of these projects was a framework that became the blueprint to replicate in other geographies across the globe. Dana also led the effort to transform quality for a privately-held specialty pharmacy in 2015, positioning the organization for acquisition by a Fortune 5 company. As a consultant, Dana also serves CREO’s clients on engagements in the Merger & Acquisition practice.

Dana received her Master’s Degree in Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology and her Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from The College of New Jersey. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional, and Agile ScrumMaster.
