Heather brings to CREO a passion and mastery for SharePoint so strong that she often has the compulsive desire to dive through her computer screen and parse out its many peculiarities from within. With over 19 years of professional experience in consulting and web development, her expertise allows her to guide clients through their project process and offers great insight into Microsoft 365 implementations and digital transformations.

Before joining CREO, Heather served as a Pre-Sales Engineer and Project Manager for a digital design company located in California. She managed Microsoft 365 intranet implementations for banks, lending institutions, pharmaceutical companies, nonprofits, and various global companies. She developed Power Automate workflow solutions for clients and lead file migrations for clients migrating to SharePoint Online.

During her career as both a freelance and full-time SharePoint Consultant, she was responsible for the front-end development of large, public-facing SharePoint sites such as Recovery.gov, Treasury.gov, MakingHomeAffordable.gov, and SharePoint intranet solutions for Pepperidge Farms, Shell, Merck (Univadis Japan), Merck Latin America, Dole, and Target. Heather was also a contributing author to SharePoint 2010 Step-by-Step (Jan. 2011) and Technical Editor for SharePoint 2013 Branding and User Interface Design (Jul. 2013) and SharePoint 2010 Branding and User Interface Design (Nov. 2010).
