  • M&A transactions (lead operational due diligence for integration/separation projects, strategy & value alignment, project planning, process engineering, coaching & training operations teams, synergy & cost modeling, KPI & success measurement. Work with all functional areas including R&D, Product Management, manufacturing, supply chain and logistics, sales, marketing, channel partners, sales operations, professional services, customer support, and all G&A (finance, accounting, tax, treasury, procurement, insurance, human resources, legal, compliance and security, information technology, Facilities & Real Estate).  
  • Transformation projects (organize and manage change & transformation projects and /or consolidation or separation of business units; facilitate cross-functional operational planning changes including Go-to-Market (GTM), New Product Integrations and Introductions (NPI), Quote-to-Cash  (QTC) systems and process projects, Communications & Change Management activities, Staffing & Organization Design, Employee OnBoarding, Synergy & Spend Controls.
  • Program Management Offices (setup Governance structures, tools, processes & methods to perform including Business Cases, financial tools, Operating Models, gap analyses, project plans, phase gate methods, risk analyses, Issue & Decision Logs, Communication Plans, performance dashboards, document retention environments).
  • ERP Systems Integration (establish interim-PMO’s to manage the rationalization, consolidation, or separation of systems, tools & infrastructure for transformation and merger integration / separation projects.  Projects typically included data cleanup, design & mapping, data migration, testing, licensing, training, & cutover – working closely with CIO, architects, system Subject Matter Experts, Project Managers, and Business Analysts). 

Jon earned degrees from Northeastern University and New York University as well as certifications in Project Management.  Jon has over four years teaching M&A process & method certification training courses.
