Keith is an IT professional who brings experience in technology systems administration and management to the CREO team.

Prior to joining CREO, Keith served as a Deskside Support Technician at Alphanumeric Systems, an Information Technology Services firm based out of Raleigh, NC. In his role, Keith assisted clients on Active Directory, O365, Microsoft Teams user and groups. Keith has also worked on multiple Windows 10 migrations/upgrades as well and implemented and maintained new equipment introduced to client environments. Prior to that position, Keith served as a Field Technician at FDH Infrastructure, an engineering and infrastructure firm based out of Raleigh, NC. In this capacity, Keith was responsible for administrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and Windows 10 operating systems.

Keith maintains certifications in Lenovo Service, IT Fundamentals CompTIA, and an A+ Certification. Keith studied Computer Science at Wake Technical College.
