Kim brings a proven track record designing, executing, and supporting global enterprise projects and initiatives to achieve and exceed strategic objectives.  She has deep experience in strategy, M&A, and process optimization within life sciences, consulting/services, and consumer product companies. She excels at optimizing costs, driving alignment, and attaining operational excellence through collaboration with stakeholders.  

Prior to CREO, Kim established and operated IQVIA’s corporate Integration Management Office (IMO), providing oversight, support, and training to 30 acquisition integrations teams and 500 global team members.  The decision-focused PMI framework she developed ensures effective employee onboarding as well as timely as well and efficient process, procedure, and system harmonization.  While at IQVIA she also participated on the deal side of more than 20 acquisitions, joint ventures, alliances, divestitures, and capital transactions ranging from $2 million to $20 billion including the Quintiles/IMS Health merger and the Quintiles IPO.    

Kim started her career in IT and management consulting with Accenture.  In her most recent IT role, she led the corporate application development and support function for a mid-sized consulting firm.  Additionally, she has developed or participated in the design for multiple knowledge management and collaboration platforms.  Kim received her introduction to process improvement as a member of the team responsible for the creation of Accenture’s business process design/reengineering methodology and was more recently trained and certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt.   

Kim earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.  She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Change Management Specialist. Kim currently serves as the Publicity and Communications Chair for the RTP Business Culture Innovation Roundtable.
