Megan is a motivated and results-driven Business Partner with a desire to serve her team and organization by providing trusted guidance and implementing leading practice solutions. She is a proactive change agent who balances employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions that align with organizational strategy.

Prior to joining CREO, Megan served as a Human Resource Business Partner for Spectrum Health, a major healthcare organization based in Grand Rapids, MI. Megan supported multiple client groups across the organization serving as a trusted, knowledgeable partner. She consulted with business leaders to create effective solutions and advise on various needs from employee relations, organizational development, talent management, inclusion/diversity and more. Megan partnered with leaders to develop business plans that aligned with department strategies, along with playing a vital role in shaping team culture.

Megan graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision, along with a Certificate in Entrepreneurship. While at Purdue University, Megan was a member and team captain of the Women’s Swim Team. Being a student-athlete provided Megan with an excellent foundation of teamwork, commitment and grit that has served her well in her career.
