Patrick believes that people are filled with untapped potential. Over the past 15 years, he has used coaching and performance psychology tools to consistently challenge the status quo, earning his reputation as a change catalyst. He blends a thoughtful, attentive style with his experience directing programs, coaching teams, and advising leaders to develop solutions that are client driven, goal focused, business smart, and people centered.

Patrick studied Theology at Loyola University Chicago, and held program director roles in pastoral ministry, youth athletics, and non-profit development. As a USA Swimming Coach, Patrick won the Doc Counsilman Creative Coaching award in 2009 and coached for Illinois Swimming and North Carolina Swimming high performance camps in 2010 and 2011. Beyond the pool, he established a track record for developing his staff, improving processes, and generating growth.

Patrick earned his MBA at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he focused his strengths for strategy, analysis, ideation, and problem solving on using business to do good. His expertise at asking the questions that lead to deeper insight has helped drive change as a product manager, process engineer, marketing and communications consultant, and strategist for companies and organizations across the globe.

Patrick earned a certificate in Business and Professional Coaching from NC State. He is an International Coach Federation (ICF) ACC accredited coach, and also a Tilt 365 certified practitioner. He enjoys serving as a thought partner for executives who are passionate about leadership and ready to take on the hard work of personal and organizational transformation.
