Paul is an experienced architect, program manager, and technology leader.  He has designed and delivered projects and platforms in a host of industries including manufacturing, financial services and R&D. Paul’s expertise ranges from creation of the initial business case and the supporting business architecture, to system design and build, to creation of the target operating model. He is highly experienced in network LAN/WAN network re-design, implementing hybrid computing environments including AWS cloud migrations, and provisioning the technical frameworks for data analysis and informatics.

Previously, Paul served as Director of Network Engineering and Operations at Syngenta A.G , a global agricultural products company. In this role he led the redesign of the global networking backbone for the company. As Enterprise Architect for Syngenta A.G. , he managed the projects and teams leading the digital transformation to data driven applications. At Syngenta, Paul re-designed, built, and operated the high-performance computing and data services supporting global R&D operations. Paul has also served as Cloud Architect for AWS foundations at Railinc, Sr. Project Manager at the Jackson Laboratory, and created and led the Project Management Organization at Bangor Savings Bank, a mid-sized regional bank. 

Paul received a BS in Forestry from the University of Maine and has continued to invest in on-going training and skills development in networking, cloud services, and project leadership.
