Rhett is part of the Strategy and Organization Effectiveness team at CREO, he helps clients achieve their most ambitious growth goals by drawing on his unique combination
of consulting and operating experience. His skills include; growth acceleration, strategy, customer experience, digital transformation, and organization design.
Prior to joining the CREO team, Rhett was a Senior Consultant with a global management consulting firm. He specialized in Digital Transformations and Customer Experience, helping Fortune 100 clients solve some of their most complex problems. Rhett also served as the Chief Operations Officer for a high-growth insurance brokerage, where he was responsible for all marketing, technology, and systems. While he was the COO, the firm grew 4x in 3 years. Rhett’s passion for helping companies grow began when he was a consultant with a boutique organization design firm helping companies align their capabilities to their strategy.
Rhett received his B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Finance from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University and an MBA with a
concentration in Consulting and Entrepreneurship from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC Chapel Hill.
When he’s not helping clients reach their growth goals, he can usually be found exploring the mountains and beaches of North Carolina with his wife and 4 daughters.
