Shawn is an experienced Information Technology professional with a history of cultivating relationships and promoting teamwork and collaboration. In his 17 years of Information Technology, he has created a track record of leading progressive change within organizations through his leadership and customer-focused service.
Before joining CREO, Shawn was an associate Project Manager at Pharmaceutical Product Development. Prior to his time at PPD, he spent eleven years in higher education, working at Duke University and the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
Shawn holds an MBA from North Carolina State University, Masters of Information Technology from North Carolina A&T State University, and a Bachelor’s in Mass Communication from Elon University.
