Shefaali has over a decade of business and consulting experience, working extensively with leaders in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, operations improvement, and organization design. She has a passion for helping organizations develop strategies that push them to be better and helps leaders achieve their vision through business planning and strategic initiative implementation.

Prior to joining CREO, Shefaali was Managing Director at The Kara Group where she led consulting engagements both nationally and internationally. Before that, she was Vice President at Inova Health Systems, a $2.5B healthcare system in northern Virginia. She serves as a leader and strives to have a positive impact in the Raleigh-Durham community through active involvement on the Board of Directors for multiple nonprofit organizations.

Shefaali earned her B.S. in Civil Engineering from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Kenan Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the Triangle Healthcare Executives’ Forum of North Carolina (THEF).
