Shelli is an experienced attorney providing practical legal advice on a wide variety of subject matters.  She has extensive expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts of all types, as well as preparing and reviewing internal guidelines and policies and coordinating all aspects of litigation.

Prior to joining CREO, Shelli worked as an attorney at the international law firm Jones Day.  Shelli’s practice focused on litigation in state and federal courts, engaging in all aspects of the pre-trial, trial and appeal process.  She was also an expert on e-discovery and document collection and retention policies and procedures.  Following her time at Jones Day, Shelli worked as a contract attorney providing legal advice for numerous companies on a variety of matters, including contract negotiations, protection of personal health information, and data privacy.

Shelli received her Juris Doctor with honors from the Emory University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida.  She is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia.  Shelli is active in her local community, serving as a Girl Scout Troop leader and a member of the executive board of her children’s school PTA.
