Stephanie has over 20 years of experience managing global teams and driving strategic initiatives.  She has a unique scope of experience across technology companies, non-profits, and educational institutions.  She began her career working with college students, moving to corporate training and leadership development, and her 10+ years in IT has spanned service delivery, support, operations, and strategy.  This breadth of experience gives her a unique perspective on how people think and develop, and she uses this knowledge to guide her work in creating great partnerships and delivering strategic value.  She often speaks and writes about the important non-technical aspects of digital transformation so critical to its success.   

Prior to CREO, Stephanie was at Red Hat as the Senior Director for IT Strategy and Enablement.  In this role, Stephanie led a team focused on enabling the business of IT to accelerate Red Hat’s overall strategy.  Her team included portfolio management, financial management, enterprise service management, enterprise digital adoption, change management, process improvement, IT branding and messaging, and the Red Hat on Red Hat program, where IT partnered with the sales organizations to share how Red Hat IT used Red Hat products to drive digital transformation.  

Stephanie holds a B.S. in Mathematics with a concentration in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.  In addition, she has an M.Ed. in Counseling and a certificate in Executive & Business Coaching, both of which she uses routinely with her consulting clients.
