Suhale is a versatile technology and business intelligence (BI) leader with strong communication and leadership skills. Suhale has a unique ability to understand and communicate both the technology and the business/functional aspects of an initiative.

He started his career in IT and management consulting. During this time, he developed a passion for leveraging technology for better business outcomes and building strong relationships. He worked with a number of large clients across the life sciences and consumer products industries. The types of projects included implementation of validated systems, laboratory information management (LIMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP), process improvement, as well as trade promotion and retail execution. Suhale served in varying roles, including technical development, project management, testing, cutover, as well as training and change management.

After years of consulting and the “road warrior” life, Suhale transitioned to a corporate role with a drug contract manufacturing organization leading their global IT PMO. He managed a global portfolio of projects and helped lead a business transformation program. It was here that he got his first taste of data analytics and visualizations, undertaking a procurement analytics initiative. He continued on at other highly regarded companies in the RTP-area, including a large CRO and leading statistical software company. Most recently, Suhale served as the IT Director of Business Intelligence (BI) at a global research institute.

Suhale’s passion for technology encompasses his personal life as well, where he keeps up with the latest consumer technology and sustainable energy practices.Suhale earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
