Tim is passionate about partnering with clients to solve complex problems. He advises executives on how to re-engineer core business processes to drive savings, leverage data to inform better decision-making, and reveal customer value to ensure client success in the healthcare, life sciences, and technology industries. 

Tim began his career as a marketing executive launching an innovative biotech product for a global pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturer. He then joined IBM Global Business Services as a management consultant where he supported the delivery of several analytics and business intelligence projects, IT implementations, and Agile development initiatives. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he led lean transformation deployments coaching junior consultants and leveraging lean management approaches to deliver process improvement results; earning him IBM’s Innovation and Delivery Excellence Award for Best Use of Young Professionals. In his immediate role prior to joining CREO, Tim supported the sale of global shared services solutions and led the delivery of service transition for healthcare and life sciences companies. 

Tim co-founded a real estate investment company that provides affordable housing in Raleigh-Durham, N.C. He also serves on the board of Capital City Clauses, a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing hope, cheer, and joy to kids in Wake County by raising money to gift toys throughout the year. 

Tim holds a Master’s in Management Studies degree from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Agile ScrumMaster.
