Tremaine has worked for 13 plus years in conceptualizing features, gathering requirements, and driving complex IT solutions.

He started his career as an IT Analyst with Cisco Systems. Working within a new and unstructured team, Tremaine helped establish and improve the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by creating key Quality Assurance, User Acceptance Testing, and client engagement protocols, leveraging an iterative approach pre-agile.

Tremaine furthered his analytical skillset at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions as a Business Analyst driving enterprise point of sale implementations. At Toshiba Tremaine led solutioning sessions that required him to hone analytical skills to create detailed process flows, use case diagrams, and visual aids.

As a senior consultant for Maximus, Tremaine grew from a sole contributor within the SDLC process to managing software implements within an agile/scrum vehicle from start to finish. Tremaine garnered key client engagement experience here; leading PMO activities and reporting to clients on quarterly financials and a portfolio of applications.

Tremaine earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Information Technology from North Carolina State University. He’s also acquired professional certifications including ITIL Foundations, Certified Scrum Master, and Project Management Professional.
