William is a proven, multi-skilled, chemical engineer with experience in vaccine, medical device, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. His background includes overseeing and developing operations of filling, packaging, regulatory approval, and commercialization processes. Skilled in consulting/project management operations and process improvement, William has an excellent ability to communicate and interact with associates from all cross-function departments to complete projects and successfully meet deadlines and business process goals.

Prior to joining CREO, William has almost a decade of engineering and consulting experience, working mainly within the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical industry.  He has worked on both Production and Process engineering teams for large, mid, and small-cap pharmaceutical companies developing and producing a range of biologics, medical devices, and vaccines.  William has worked with multiple clients to build and implement master schedules, starting from concept and detail of design through construction, validation testing, and handover.  This includes new-build construction facilities and commissioning of manufacturing equipment.  With these projects, William has efficiently tracked multiple deadlines to establish project review board status presentations and KPI performance metrics for leadership review. 

William earned his BS in Chemical Engineering from NC State University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.
