CREO CEO Susan Acker-Walsh Receives 2023 Life Sciences Award

10 Award Recipients Recognized For Their Contributions to Driving Industry’s Innovation

DURHAM, NC, March 30, 2023 – CREO today announced that its CEO and Co-Founder, Susan Acker-Walsh, is a recipient of a Triangle Life Sciences Award for her contributions to advancing growth and innovation in life sciences in the Research Triangle region.

The annual Triangle Life Sciences Awards recognize both individuals and research organizations that are breaking ground in this field. The broad spectrum of the life sciences arena represents several focus areas, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, clinical research, human health, medical devices and diagnostics, and others. This year’s class of 10 winners reflect that diversity.

There are nearly 600 life sciences companies in North Carolina’s Research Triangle region, according to the North Carolina Biotechnology Center.

Award recipients will be honored at a luncheon on May 12 at The Umstead Hotel & Spa in Cary, NC.
