Calleigh holds a diverse background in event planning and production, with clients including well-known musicians and festivals; international education; marketing; and business operations. Throughout these experiences, she has effectively added value through managing logistics for multiple concurrent projects, balancing stakeholder interests to reach consensus, conducting quantitative and qualitative research, analyzing results for key insights, and building marketing strategies and collateral for implementation. Her experience in operations and administration has fostered her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, while the breadth and variety of her experiences has made her a creative and innovative problem solver, able to empathetically view problems from multiple viewpoints.

Calleigh received her MBA from NC State University’s Poole College, with concentrations in Marketing and Innovation, and a certificate in Business Analytics. As a student and professional, she has proven her integrity, reliability as a teammate, strong oral and written communication skills, and aptitude, graduating summa cum laude from business school. While a student, she was a leader on the Student Executive Board, managed the Consumer Behavior lab and held other roles, demonstrating her ability to excel at multiple projects simultaneously. She is also involved in the community as a committed volunteer for S.T.A.R., a drama program for special needs adults, and a leader at her church, as a band leader and deacon.

She looks forward to applying her skillset and passion for improvement to support CREO’s staff and clients in meeting their goals.
