Haley is an up-and-coming leader with more than six years of professional experience. Her skills include strategic planning, change management and communications, operationalizing the Entrepreneurial Operating System™ (EOS), process improvement, and human resources.

Haley joined CREO in 2017 as an operations assistant and transitioned to a business analyst role in 2019. Over the past three years Haley has supported a variety of facilitations including strategic planning, process improvement, team building and Tilt 365® workshops. As an analyst she has contributed to two post-merger integration projects delivering key change management and communications pieces. Prior to joining CREO, Haley worked as a litigation assistant, first at Lanier Law Group and later at Egerton Law, both personal injury law firms. In that capacity, she supported attorneys and paralegals to ensure proper and timely handling of each case.  

Haley is a certified Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR). She holds a B.A. in Psychology with a focus in Criminology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and received her MBA from Liberty University in 2019.
