Joe brings over 20 years of experience driving change with executives across the life sciences industry. As a management consultant, he partnered with teams in all functional areas of complex, science focused organizations to deliver bottom line results aligned to over-arching business strategies. From new and growing organizations to the most highly scaled enterprises in the space, Mr. Montrosse has helped develop new commercial capabilities to support novel and innovative therapies; led efforts to streamline and consolidate disparate operations across brands, franchises, sites, geographies, and business units; analyzed and led the re-balancing of insourced and outsourced functional teams; negotiated several billions in contracts for service providers across functions; and led enterprise transformation efforts across sales and marketing, R&D, supply chain, manufacturing and all supporting functions.

Prior to becoming a management consultant, Mr. Montrosse was an engineer in design, tooling, supply chain, and manufacturing site development with General Motors, leveraging analytical analysis to take concepts and turn them into manufacturable products.

Joe is a graduate of the Harvard School of Business and GMI Engineering and Management Institute. He is board member and Co-President of the HBS Healthcare Alumni Association.
